Aaron Dahlberg

Aaron Thomas Dahlberg, age 31 of Hudson, passed away suddenly October 4, 2017.  Aaron was born December 14,1985 in St. Paul, MN to Thomas and Deanna (Parr) Dahlberg.  Aaron was a bright and philosophical young man, smart beyond his years.  Before moving to Hudson, Aaron proudly earned a blackbelt in karate. He had a passion for music, playing the clarinet in band throughout his school years, and even taught himself how to play the guitar.   Aaron’s philosophical nature brought a great love for reading. His academic excellence was recognized with a Presidential Award signed by President Clinton.  Aaron graduated from Hudson High School, the Class of 2004.  He furthered his education at the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee, were he was in the honors program obtaining a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing with a minor in music.  Aaron worked as a consultant in the trucking industry.  Although Aaron faced personal challenges that took his life, he will be remembered for his big heart that brought so much love to others.

Aaron will remain in the hearts of his parents, Tom and Deanna Dahlberg of Hudson; his sister, Nancy Dahlberg of Hudson; grandmother, Muriel Parr of Flagstaff, AZ; aunts and uncles:  George (Nancy) Bufford of AZ, William (Jaquelin) McCleod of CA, Donald (Linda) Parr of IL, Karen Schlesinger of CA, and Martha (Larry) Brooks of KY; cousins:  Ken Schlesinger, Joshua Chiefer, John Knuth, Dean R. Parr, Sabrina Parr, his dog Rocco; and countless friends.  

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Gerald & Loraine Dahlberg, and Elmer Parr; uncles, Dean Parr and Ron Schlesinger.

A Gathering of Family and Friends will be held from 4:00 – 7:00 PM Thursday, October 12, 2017 at the O’Connell Family Funeral Home, 520 S. 11th St., Hudson.  A Memorial Service honoring Aaron’s Life will take place at 7:00 PM.
