Amy Petry, age 49, of Osceola, formerly of Hudson, passed away unexpectedly on October 13, 2023 at Osceola Medical Center.
Amy was born in River Falls, WI to Ken King and Cynthia King. She graduated from Hudson High School and went on to earn her bachelors degree in criminal justice at Rasmussen College. Amy married Tony Petry on August 27, 2004. She worked logistics for a trucking company for many years before becoming a manager at Caribou Coffee in River Falls. in 2019 Amy and Tony made Osceola their home.
Amy’s whole world was her son and she absolutely loved cheering him on in hockey. She also had a big heart for animals.
She will remain in the hearts of her husband Tony; son Tylor Sivek and his fiancée Katie; father Ken King; sisters Christine Pittman and Jessica King, as well as many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her mom Cindy; grandparents Dean and Myrtle King and Richard and Evelyn Harrison.
Services for Amy Petry will be held on Saturday, October 21, 2023. Visitation will be from 1:30-3:00 PM with a service starting at 3:00 PM at O’Connell Family Funeral Home in Hudson. Honorary pallbearers will be Tylor Sivek and Tony Demma
Memorials are preferred to the family.
