Andrew Jaszczak “Andy”, age 77, of Hudson, WI, passed away on October 25, 2024 at his home. He was born on September 27, 1947 to parents Walter and Eleanor Jaszczak in St. Paul, MN. He graduated from Johnson High School. Soon after he was drafted into the US Army where he served as a medic. After his service, he used the GI Bill to resume his education at the University of Minnesota where he earned a bachelor’s degree in business. He had an eclectic interest in music ranging from opera to polka to rock and blues as well as being a regular listener of the Prairie Home Companion. He brought warmth, kindness and friendly banter to bring a smile to all who had the privilege of knowing him.

He will remain in the hearts of his wife Joni; children Angie (Matt) Eckstein and Nick Jaszczak; siblings Mike (Charlene) Jaszczak, David (Ruth) Jaszczak, Gregory (Kathy) Jaszczak, Jim Jaszczak, Josie (Bear) Kellogg, and John (YoungHui) Jaszczak; brother-in-law Lee Runyon, and many nieces and nephews.

  1. Joni and family
Our deepest sympathy to you and your family. Remember those we love don’t go away they walk beside us every day, unseen, unheard, but always near still loved still missed and held so dear. It is with regret that we will not be able to attend the service on Friday, but know you are in our thoughts and prayers.
May God wrap his arms around you as you journey thru this difficult time and in the days ahead.
    Love
    Swede and Karen
