Ann Lynnea Albrecht, age 63 of Hudson WI, formerly of Stillwater, died peacefully at home on November 28, 2014, after a long courageous battle with cancer.  

Ann was born October 18, 1951 in Dassel, MN to parents Neil and Evelyn (Franson) Cashman. She graduated from Henry Sibley High School in 1969. Ann was a stay-at-home mom who raised three beloved children, Bethany, Jenna and Paul.

Ann was a very artistic and creative person. She specialized in acrylic painting, quilting, and making gifts for the holidays. Ann enjoyed sharing her artistic talents and work with family and friends. She was a caring person who was always looking after others. Ann loved her family dearly, especially her grandchildren. She found relaxation in gardening, and had a landscaped backyard full of flowers and plants.

Ann will remain in the hearts of her children; Bethany (Travis) Roberts, Jenna (Dave) Westerhouse, and Paul Albrecht; grandchildren, Zoe and Ava Roberts; Natasha Albrecht and Apollo Westerhouse; significant other, Bill Salveson; mother, Evelyn Cashman; siblings, Lois (Doug) Knight, Nancy (Dave) Hodny, and David Cashman; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her father, Neil Cashman; and Dennis Albrecht.

A Celebration of Ann’s Life will be held at 10:30am Saturday, December 13, 2014 at St. Paul’s United Church of Christ, 900 Summit Ave., St. Paul, MN. A visitation will take place from 9:30-10:30am at church. Private interment at the Lakeview Cemetery in Tower, MN.
