Anne Marie Ruscher

Anne Marie Ruscher age 49 of River Falls, Wisconsin, died peacefully August 28, 2024 at the Kinnic Nursing Home and Rehab in River Falls. Anne was born on April 28, 1975 in Menomonie, Wisconsin; the daughter of David and Margaret ‘Peggy’ (Meyer) Ruscher. She was raised in River Falls where she graduated from high school.

She would form a union with Michael Wheeler and together they would have four sons; Jacob, Jordan, Lucas, and Ian. Anne worked in housekeeping for the River Falls Motel when it was in business.

Anne was a private person who enjoyed the comforts of her home and having family over; especially during the holidays. She loved having people over so she could give fun recipes a try, or her fall back Lasagna; which was always a fan favorite. She rarely missed an episode of Little House On The Prairie, as by far that was her favorite TV show. More recently, she appreciated the support and friendship of prayer and bible group with friends in River Falls.

Left to mourn her passing are her children Jacob, Jordan, Lucas, Ian; mom Margaret ‘Peggy’ Ruscher; siblings Kevin Ruscher, Mary (Josh) Kundert, Paul Ruscher; and her fiance Rodney Haysmer. She is preceded in death by her father David Ruscher; and significant other Michael Wheeler.

A Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be 3:00PM, Thursday, September 12th at St. Bridget Catholic Church in River Falls. Memorials are appreciated and will be used for the well-being of her children.
