Betty L. Deal-Ross (nee: Daniels), age 89, lifelong resident of Hudson, WI, passed away on April 8, 2015 at Comforts of Home in River Falls. 

Born on October 11, 1925 to Arthur and Addie (Pribble) Daniels in Hudson, WI, she attended grade school in North Hudson, and was a graduate of Hudson High School. 

Betty was united in marriage to Charles William Deal on October 22, 1943 in Hudson, WI. To this union, children Randy, Charlie, Gary, and Tom were born. Following his passing in 1990, she married Ernest Ross in 2003.

She worked at various jobs in her life, most recent were T.O. Plastics in Hudson and as an office manager for Deals Quality Water where she retired.

Betty was an avid Packer fan, frequently traveling to Green Bay to cheer on the team at Lambeau field. She also enjoyed traveling with her children; and later in life with Ernie. Furthermore, she had fond memories telling stories of their travels. Betty enjoyed fishing for pan fish, playing cards and dice, and cooking wild game. Above all, her grandchildren were the apple of her eye. Anyone who knew Betty appreciated her easy-going nature and her genuine kindness, never saying a bad word about anyone. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her.

She is survived by her husband, Ernest Ross; children: Randy (Doreen) Deal, Charles (Pat) Deal, Gary (Vickie) Deal, and Tom (Lori) Deal; 10 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and sisters-in-law, Marion Deal and Mabel Schmeck. 

Preceded in death by her first husband, Charles Deal; parents, Arthur and Addie Daniels; sisters, Mildred Lee and Helen Collins; brothers, Byron Daniels and Leroy Daniels; and grandson, Randy Patrick Deal.

Funeral Service for Betty will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday, April 20, 2015 at the Hudson United Methodist Church, 1401 Laurel Ave., Hudson with a visitation starting at 9:30 a.m. prior to the service at church. Memorials are preferred to the family. Interment at Willow River Cemetery.
