Brian Thomas Foster, age 35, of Hudson, passed away April 4, 2019 at Regions Hospital in St. Paul, MN, from injuries sustained in an auto accident.
Brian was born on October 25, 1983 in Stillwater, MN, to Michael and Mary (Cardarelli) Foster. He graduated from Hudson High School in 2002, and attended Century College. Brian was united in marriage to Shawna Foster on October 10, 2008 in Edina, Minnesota, and the couple were blessed with three children, Logan, Aidan, and Gracie. He worked in construction and home restoration. Brian loved spending time with his family and was an extremely supportive and loyal husband and father. He was fond of dogs, and was very active in the local wrestling community in support of his son, Aidan. Brian coached Logan’s football team and loved helping Gracie with gymnastics.
Brian will remain in the heart of his wife, Shawna; children, Logan, Aidan, and Gracie; his mother, Mary Beth Cardarelli; brother, Joe (Lisa) Foster and their children Max and Isabelle; grandmas, Dorothy Cardarelli, and Dee Foster; mother-in-law, Lynn Lewis; siblings-in-law, Dan (Tierney) Franklin, and Beth Franklin; and many other relatives and friends. He is preceded in death by his father, Michael Foster; and grandpas, Vince Cardarelli, and Joseph Foster.
A celebration of Brian’s life will be held from 5:00 – 8:00 p.m., Wednesday, April 10, at the O’Connell Family Funeral Home, 520 S. 11th St., Hudson, WI. Memorials preferred to benefit Brian’s children and to help with medical costs. Brian gave the gift of life through organ and tissue donation.
