Charles “Chuck” Marsh, age 74 of Woodbury, died peacefully Thursday November 22, 2018 at St. Therese of Woodbury. Chuck was born on February 19, 1944 in St. Paul. He graduated from No. St. Paul High School, prior to furthering his education at the U of MN. He would enlist in the Armed Forces where he proudly served in the United States Army during the Vietnam War from 1962 to 1965. He worked thirty-four years for 3M in the Twin Cities. Chuck was a gifted woodworker who loved tinkering in his garage. He was very proud to serve as 3M’s President of their woodworking club. In 2003, he retired and moved into his camper van to travel the United States. Chuck will be remembered as a simple, modest, humble man to who loved his family. He enjoyed the life he lived and believed a good death was “Knowing I did some good somewhere”. His faith wasn’t waved in front of others to get attention; rather evident by the life he lived. His wisdom, simplicity, endless love, forgiveness, and ability to see the good in every situation and person will be profoundly missed.

A Celebration Of Chuck’s Life will be 3pm Saturday December 1st with a gathering of family and friends prior from 1pm to 3pm at the O’Connell Family Funeral Home, 520 So. 11th Street, Hudson. Memorials preferred to discretion of family.
