Cody James Skulski, 25, of Hager City, WI

Cody James Skulski unexpectedly passed away at St. Josephs Hospital in St. Paul, MN. Feb. 21st, 2017. Cody graduated from Red Wing Senior High in 2009, he furthered his education at UW Stout. He went on to continue his career in construction with the family business AllStars General Construction.

Cody was an avid athlete in school who later became a wonderful softball player! Cody was passionate about cars/motorcycles, welding, and anything adventurous including snowmobiling, dirt biking, snowboarding football and hockey. Cody carried his mothers creativity and passion for cooking! Cody was a fun, loving, caring and humorous character who will forevermore be irreplaceable. Cody loved his family beyond what words can convey. Cody could light up a room with his laughter and whit. He will be missed for the genuine person he was as well as a beloved son, grandson, nephew, uncle, brother and friend.

Cody was born February 26th, 1991 in Red Wing, MN. Cody is the son of Tom & Melissa Skulski of Hager City, WI. Brother to Alexis (Stephen) Nuessen, Trey Skulski, Jada Skulski. Uncle to Isabella, Annabelle and Trystun Nuessen. Nephew of Michele (Patrick) Rehder, Wade Swenson and Kelly Swenson. Grandson of James Swenson. Cody is Preceded in Death by his loving mom Melissa Skulski and Grandma Carol Swenson. Heaven took him too soon leaving us with so many words left to say; wishes, regrets and things unspoken but the memories of him will be everlasting.

Funeral service for Cody will be at 3:00 pm on Tuesday, February 28th at Hill Funeral Home, Ellsworth, WI. Visitation will be 1:00-3:00 pm Tuesday prior to the service at the funeral home. Interment will be at a later date.

Hill Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Ellsworth, WI. is assisting the family with arrangements.
