  1. Dawn was such a wonderful, loving and Christian woman. She was also the most “blingy” woman I knew. When I looked back at photos it reminds me of how many people she knew. Her best guy, Jim, and family were the most important people in her life. She was an author and the founder for Wired 4 Life, a Facebook support group for people with pacemakers. When I met Dawn, she was searching to find God. We were in many Bible studies together and art as prayer events. She became a Catholic and attended St. Bridget’s in River Falls. I will miss our times together but she is with Jesus. She was a good and faithful servant.

  2. Dawn was a champion for “wired” women. She started a pacemaker support group and I was lucky to have found the page and her 9 years ago. She was such an amazing support, faithful friend and she loved her family and Max fiercely. My heart hurts knowing she is gone but I have been looking back at conversations and pictures and I am just grateful to have met her and loved her. She always said she was my wired mom. Biggest cheerleader for all of us. I miss you Dawn so very much. -Cara

  3. What can I say to you Dawn, A huge thank you for all your help and patience. Almost 15 years I remember the first time I called you, all up set, I was told I needed a Pacemaker/ICD I had never heard of this thing. Your calmness and reassurance was amazing was exactly what I needed. I will treasure that wired heart you sent me so many years ago. I giggle you would call me ME! All these years you always had the, the right word, calmness. I sincerely say thank you for all your help. May your Jim, Max and all the family find comfort in Gods Peace ~~~ MAY YOU REST IN ETERNAL PEACE~~~
