Dayna Nadene (Richardson) Rutherford, age 78 of Baldwin, died peacefully on February 17, 2019 at Kinnic Health and Rehab in River Falls, WI.

Dayna was born on August 27, 1940, the ninth child of Archie Sr. and Jessie (Coburn) Richardson. She married the love of her life, James Rutherford on May 17, 1957. They had 55 wonderful years together. They became the very proud parents of four beautiful children.

She enjoyed reading, crocheting, checking out friends and family on facebook and spending time with her family. Nothing meant more to her than the love of her family.

She was preceded in death by her son, Richie; soul mate, Jim; her parents; four brothers, Bill Richardson, Leslie (Joy) Richardson, Archie Richardson, JR., and Lyle Richardson; and one sister, Myrna Poeschel; in-laws, Delores Richardson and Emil White.

She is survived by her daughters, Rhonda (Dan) Jaworski and Patti (John) Dilts; her son, Jeff (Karen) Rutherford; granddaughters, Dani (Dean) Wyss, Angie (Justin) Sailer, Randi (Joey) Walen; great-grandchildren, Lydia and Scarlett Wyss, Eli and Ayla Sailer, and Preston, Meredith, and Noah Walen; two sisters, Lillian White and Marlys Baskin; one brother, Dick (Lou) Richardson; in-laws, Ethel Richardson, Darrel Poeschel, Lois Richardson, Bob (Ellie) Rutherford, Gail Rutherford, Thom (Julie) Rutherford, Mark (Carolyn) Rutherford, Mary Martin, and Kathy Lieffring; fifty nine nieces and nephews; as well as other relatives and friends.

A Celebration of Life remembering Dayna will be held at 6:00PM on Friday, March 1, 2019 at the O’Connell Family Funeral Home, 1010 Newton St., Baldwin, WI. A Gathering of Family and Friends will be held from 3:00-6:00PM on Friday, March 1 at the O’Connell Family Funeral Home of Baldwin, WI.
