Deborah “Deb” Jean Bade, age 66 of Woodville, died peacefully surrounded by her family on March 20, 2019.

Deb was born on March 8, 1953 in Owatonna, Minnesota; the daughter of Clarence and Grace (Kildahl) Vonruden. She attended Owatonna High School and graduated with the Class of 1971. On April 14, 1973 Deb was united in marriage to the love of her life, Michael Bade. This union would later be blessed with a beautiful daughter, Tara. Deb worked many years as a Senior Engineer for Information Builders until her retirement in 2017.

She enjoyed journaling and took time to write down her history to pass on to her grandson, Brody. She also enjoyed spending time with the family pets and was supportive of the numerous rescues that Tara brought home over the years.

Deb is survived by her husband of 46 years, Mike Bade; daughter, Tara Bade; grandson, Brody Bade; as well as other relatives and dear friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Clarence and Grace; her sister and brother-in-law, Shirle and Bob Olejnicak and her parents-in-law, Len and Evelyn Bade.

A Funeral Service celebrating Deb’s life will be held at 4:00PM on Monday, March 25, 2019 at the O’Connell Family Funeral Home, 1010 Newton St., Baldwin, WI. Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 24 from 3:00-5:00PM at the O’Connell Family Funeral Home in Baldwin; as well as one hour prior to the service on Monday. Services entrusted to the O’Connell Family Funeral Home of Baldwin, WI.
