Denice Pauline (Hauwiller) Dziekan-Brew, age 55 of Hudson, passed away on June 29, 2014 at the Hudson Hospital.

Denice was born on August 21, 1958 to George and Elizabeth Hauwiller, in St. Paul, Minnesota. She was raised in St. Paul. Denice was married to Michael Brew on December 26, 1997 in Woodbury, Minnesota.

Denice was a wonderful and loving wife, mom, step-mom, grandmother, daughter and sister. She loved her family, especially all of her grandchildren. Denice also loved cooking and baking, often helping in the kitchen at the First Presbyterian Church, where she was a member. Denice enjoyed sewing, fishing, watching movies and relaxing with her husband.

Denice is survived by her husband of 16 years, Michael Brew; daughter, Jennifer Hauwiller; step children, Mike (Julie) Brew, Heather (Kevin) Ritzer and Troy (Angie) Brew; grandchildren, Alyssa, Hailey, Evan; Mike (Heather), Nick, Brittaney, Matthew; Zach, Paige (Ethan), Alex and Heavin; great-grandchildren, Lilly, Zach, and Jacob; father, George (Kay) Hauwiller; siblings, Bob, Mary Jane and Betty Ann; her dog, Sasha; and many other relatives and friends.

She is preceded in death by her mother, Elizabeth Hauwiller; and her brother and sister.

A Memorial Service will be held at 11AM, Thursday, July 3, 2014 at the First Presbyterian Church in Hudson. Visitation will be held from 10-11AM at the church.
