Diane Gail Kasten

Diane Gail (Christen) Kasten died tragically in a car accident near Osceola, Iowa on December 10, 2016. Diane was born in St. Paul, MN on October 13, 1946. She was the oldest child of Christian Christen, Jr. and Cathleen (Morton) Christen. She was a loving wife, mother, sister, and grandmother. Diane was a very gifted and talented artist.
She was preceded in death by her parents, in-laws, and sister-in-law, Jeanne Houle.
She is survived by her loving husband, Larry Kasten; son, Jeff (Shannon) Kasten; daughters, Chandra and Kate; granddaughters, Lauren and Taylor; sister, Cathleen (Mike) Brochman; brother, Steve Christen, brother-in-law, William (Karen) Kasten, and many nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held at 12:00 p.m., Thursday, December 29, 2016 at Ezekiel Lutheran Church, River Falls, WI. The family will receive friends two hours prior to the service at the church.

In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
