Donna Kelsey

Donna S. Kelsey, 72, passed away peacefully in her Hudson home surrounded by family on August 4. She loved life to the very end and her contagious laugh will be missed. Her final days were spent talking, laughing and spending time on the lake with her beloved husband, daughters and grandchildren.

She found joy in everything she did. She loved the water, played and coached softball, was an avid reader and a sports enthusiast. There was simply no one like her. She was a devoted, loving wife, mother, grandmother and coach, she was a constant source of strength, affection, generosity and kindness. Survived by loving husband Walt, of 51 years; daughters Karin (Rich) Oliver, Kris (Scott) O’Malley, Lindsay (Anthony Jr.) Grassia, extended family (Jane Kelsey, Richard Schroeder and family) and many loving friends. Her greatest joy in life were her seven adoring grandchildren who filled her life with so much love, Matthew, Megan, Gram, Finn, Macklin, Nino, & Ava.

Celebration of Life Service Monday, August 10, 2015 5 pm – 8 pm at Mancini’s Char House, 531 7th St. W, St. Paul, MN; Funeral Service Tuesday, August 11, 2015 at 10 AM at the Church of the Assumption, 51 West 7th Street, St. Paul, MN. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to either Listening House of St. Paul or Little Sisters of the Poor.
