Donna E. Kent, 79, of Baldwin, WI, formerly of Needham, MA, passed away peacefully Thursday, April 11th at Heritage Court of Hammond, WI. She was born on March 7th, 1940 to parents H. Wesley & Elsie Kent in Needham, MA. Donna grew up in Massachusetts, & graduated high school in Needham. She then moved to California for a few years before returning to Massachusetts to care for her ailing mother. After the passing of her mother, Donna moved to Wisconsin in 2013 to be near her two daughters, Tracey & Becky, & her grandchildren. Donna wasn’t only a strong & loving mom & role model, but she was also a fierce businesswoman. She worked in party planning, hotel sales, & real estate throughout her life. She put her heart into her work, making her an unfettered success. Donna was a skilled knitter & quilter, but also enjoyed gardening in her spare time. However, Donna’s true joy was spending time with the people she loved most. She was a true social butterfly in every way, & made friends wherever she went. Donna was an amazing woman who lived a full & wonderful life. All who met her will never forget her.

Donna will remain in the hearts of her beloved daughters, Tracey (Randy) Bowman, & Becky Barbeau; her treasured grandchildren, Jenn (Derek Lee) Baribeau, Andrew Nyman, Tammy Paar, Chuck Barbeau, & Ben Barbeau; her precious great-grandchildren, Mason & Serena Baribeau, Ellianna Nyman, Kaitlynn & Hannah Ingram, Gretchen Tudahl, & Jaiden Paar; & her dear brother, Ted (Carolynn) Kent; as well as her cherished nieces & nephews, & countless friends & extended family. She is reunited in death with her granddaughter, Laura Nyman.

A Memorial Service for Donna with be held at 4:00 PM Friday, April 19th at O’Connell Family Funeral Home of Baldwin, with a Visitation being held one-hour prior. Memorials are preferred to the discretion of the family.
