Edward “Ray” Bremer

Edward Ray Bremer, age 90, of Hudson, passed away early Wednesday morning, January 5th, 2010 at the Hudson Hospital. Born in Lyons NY May 4, 1920 died peacefully January 5, 2011 in Hudson WI. Ray served as a Signalman in WWII and after retiring from Chevron Asphalt he enjoyed his work at Troy Park and Hudson Parking Enforcement. He had a great love of animals and nature.  Preceded in death by son, Edward W.  Will be deeply missed by wife, Jo; daughter-in-law, Anna; Grandchildren Maria (Doug) Czeck and Edward R II.

Mass of Christian Burial Monday January 10 at 11:00 am at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church in Hudson WI. Burial with full military honors will be in the Fort Snelling National Cemetery in Minneapolis. Visitation will be on Sunday from 4 until 6PM with a prayer service at 5:45PM at the O’Connell Family Funeral Home in Hudson and one hour prior to the mass at church on Monday.
