Frank Ernest Caldwell, age 85, died August 23, 2013 at the Hennepin County Medical Center from complications due to prostate cancer.  Frank is survived by his son Kevin E Caldwell; brother-in-law James R. Nelson (Sandra); and grandchildren Zero, Daniel, Adam Selon, and Haiya Zhang.  A memorial service will be held at 1:00pm on Saturday, October 19 at the River Falls United Methodist Church, 127 S. 2nd St. in River Falls Wisconsin.  There will be a social time from 12:00 noon until 1:00pm, and light lunch will be served in the Fellowship Hall following the service.  Memorials preferred to the American Cancer Society.  Funeral services entrusted to the O’Connell Family Funeral Home and Countryside Crematory.
