Tributes (1):

Please note: if you just submitted a tribute, it is pending approval.
    • I am so sorry for your loss! Frank was a kind man whom I didn’t know personally but will remember him forever. Years ago when I was with my school-aged children at the Pepper Fest, Frank came over to us and handed us a strip of tickets and told us to have a good time! May he be rewarded eternally for this random act of kindness!

Please know that you are all in my prayers. May God bless you.
