Gary Allen Lundgaard, 71, of Beldenville, WI died Saturday, April 8, 2017 at his home surrounded by his family.
He was born on November 30, 1945 in River Falls, WI the son of Melvin and Esther (Nelson) Lundgaard.
Gary was a 1963 graduate of Ellsworth High School. He married Nancy Ray on January 18, 1969 in Beldenville. To this marriage a son Robert was born. Gary was a dairy farmer for many years in the Beldenville area and a welder/mechanic. He later finished his working career working with his cousin Wayne. He enjoyed little children, gardening, tinkering,and spending time with his family. He looked forward to the annual deer hunting trip with Darrell McGilles and starting up the John Deere’s in the Spring. He was a member of Our Savior’s Lutheran Church, Beldenville, WI.
Gary is survived by his wife Nancy and son Robert (Sue) Lundgaard.
Brothers: Galen (Laurie), Arlen (Barbara), and Leroy (Ella) Lundgaard.
Cousins that he grew up with: Gloria Hanson and Wayne (Karen) Lundgaard.
He is further survived by in-laws, other relatives and friends.
Preceding him in death was his granddaughter Olivia, parents, and sister-in-law Bernadine.

Funeral services for Gary will be 2:00 p.m. Saturday April 15, 2017 at Our Savior’s Lutheran Church, Beldenville, WI. Burial will be in the church cemetery at a later date.
Visitation will be from 4:00-8:00 pm Friday at the Hill Funeral Home, Ellsworth, and for one hour prior to the funeral at the Church on Saturday.
