Gerald “Jerry” S. Thake, age 54, of Houlton, WI, loving husband, father, grandfather, and son, passed away unexpectedly on December 10, 2015 at his home.

Jerry is survived by his wife, Toni; children: Matthew (Heather) Young, Jason Young, Rachel (Luke) Roessler, Stephen Thake, and Jeffery (fiancee, Karalee Blue) Thake; grandchildren: Hunter Young, Madilyn Young, Miley Young, Shannon Roessler, Amy Roessler, and Landon Thake; mother, Betty (Snider) Thake; siblings: Todd Thake (Sandi Lessard), Sherri Gates (Ryan Strand), and Stacey (Jeffrey) Landis; along with aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews. 

He is preceded in death by his father, Gerald. 

A Gathering of Friends and Family will be held from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 15, 2015 at the O’Connell Family Funeral Home, 520 S. 11th St., Hudson.
