Gerald Leroy Cavanaugh

Gerald (Jerry) LeRoy Cavanaugh, age 53, of North Hudson, WI,
passed away unexpectedly at his home on Friday, December 29,
2023.
Jerry had a true passion for fishing, and a yearly tradition to spend WI
fishing opener with his family slaying walleyes on Lake Tainter. He
also enjoyed the quality time he got to spend throwing darts with his
sons. Jerry is known for the many years he was a goalie in hockey
and a first baseman in softball. He carried some of these skills with
him, and was still proud to show off his ability to do the splits for
special occasions. He was a graceful dancer and would happily take
on anybody in a game of cribbage. His smart-ass, sarcastic, light-
hearted and laid-back personality made him easy to love and a great
friend to all.
Jerry will be missed by his sons Jeremy (Jordan) and Curtis
Cavanaugh; his sisters Lori (Roger) Gebhard, and Monica (Brian)
Kamm; nieces & nephews Joshua, Jessica & Brad Marcello, Nathan,
Abby, Maggie & Luke Kamm; special friend Millie Palmer.
He was preceded in death by his parents Roger & Judy Cavanaugh,
as well as his grandparents.
Memorials are preferred to the family.
A celebration of life will be held at White Eagle Golf Club in Hudson,
WI on January 20, 2023 from 12-3PM.
