Helen Marie Helgeson (Sicard), age 83, of Hudson, WI passed away peacefully in her home on February 1, 2014. 

Helen was born May 21st, 1930 to Frank and Adeline (Ebert) Sicard.

Helen worked at St. Croix Manufacturing in Bayport, MN and GS Electric in Hudson, WI.

Helen loved fishing, gardening, bird watching, playing cards, going for chicken dinners at the River Falls Legion Hall, and cooking for family gatherings. 

Helen is survived by her children: Dave (Sue) Koepke of San Bernadino, CA, Wayne (Becky) Koepke of Hudson, WI, Dan (Debbie Calhoon) Koepke of Hudson, WI, Cindy (fiance Jeff Schwochert) Rutledge, Jim Jr. (Lorrie) Fosse of Vadnais Heights, MN, and Roxanne Bauer of Hudson, WI; siblings: Lee (Harold) Ziemer of New Richmond, WI, Lorraine (Myron) Jenny of Dover, DE; sister-in-law, Dolores Seide; special friend, Jim Fosse; along with numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and other adopted family. 

Preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Adeline Sicard; son, Mike Fosse; sister, Rose Polen; brother-in-law, Emmett Polen; and sister-in-law, Florence Placzek. 

Visitation will be held from 1:00-3:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 8, 2014 at the O’Connell Funeral Home, 520 S. 11th St., Hudson with a service at 3:00 p.m.
