    • Mrs. Ott,

I just read that Mr. Ott passed away on November 17th. The first thing that popped out in the newspaper was his obituary picture. That is how I remembered him from my high school days. He looked just like he did when he was a principal at Arkansaw High School. I am a student from that school during the time that he was principal there. I remember Mr. Ott being a kind, fair man. but, he was tough when he needed to be…when a student did wrong, they knew it by the look on Mr. Ott’s face, he didn’t have to say a word to the student(s), he just looked the student(s) in the eye, and motioned for them to follow him to the office. I was never on the receiving end of those,, but I knew classmates that were. 🙂

I just wanted to let you know that he was a great principal. The student body respected him a great deal.

I am sorry for your loss.
