Ivonne Lynch of Oakdale left this world on December 14, 2024, at the age of 88. Born on January 18, 1936, Ivonne was a beloved wife, grandmother, and friend, known for her radiant spirit and unwavering faith.
Ivonne found joy in the simple pleasures of life. Traveling with her husband, Marvin, brought her immense happiness, as they explored new places creating memories that will last forever. She cherished her time spent with her grandchildren, always looking for ways to share her love with them. Whether it was gathering around the family table or enjoying a fun day at the casino or bowling alley, Ivonne radiated warmth and joy in every moment.
Her circle of girlfriends meant the world to her, and she valued the laughter and support they shared over countless cups of coffee and heartfelt conversations. Ivonne exemplified what it meant to be a friend, always ready to lend an ear or a helping hand.
Ivonne is survived by her husband, Marvin; her children Sue (Kent) Mitchell, Bruce (Catherine) Lynch, Pam (Jim) Betzer, Corey (Cindy) Lynch; 10 grandchildren, and 10 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her granddaughter Brandee; brothers Leo & Alvin Kroells.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday December 21, 2024, at Lutheran Church of Peace, 47 S. Century Ave. Maplewood, with Visitation 10-11 AM and Funeral at 11 AM. Burial in Union Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to the American Cancer Society
I met this beautiful lady at my son and Jennifer’s wedding reception a few years back!! What an absolute JOY and LOVE she was!! Her soul crossed my grand baby’s soul on her was to heaven and just before Natalie was born…what a blessing is that!!
