Jake Garvey

Jake William Garvey, age 29, of Minneapolis, MN, passed away unexpectedly on June 6, 2023. Jake was born on April 21, 1994 to parents Jennifer Kunkel and Jack Garvey. He graduated from Northfield High School where he enjoyed playing on the football team.

He had a contagious smile that drew people towards him. His many friends and family could always count on him to have a witty sarcastic comment to everything and he enjoyed making others laugh with his goofy fun-loving personality, he was often the life of the party. His passion was riding his motorcycle and driving fast cars. He also loved to listen and dance to his favorite music. His joys in life were his daughter Mia and his nephew Colson.

He will always remain in the hearts of his mom Jennifer Kunkel and step dad Darren Karnes, his dad Jack Garvey; daughter Mia; siblings Jace Garvey and Keallie Kunkel; nephew Colson, and many grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousin, and many friends.

A Celebration of his life will be held on Sunday, June 11, 2023 at The Empourium, 736 Rodeo Dr, Hudson, WI from 1-4 p.m.
