ames Joseph Miller, age 84, passed away May 29, 2014, peacefully at the Ellsworth Care center, Ellsworth, WI. James was born July 23, 1929, to Joseph and Catherine (Sands) Miller.In 1950 James enlisted in the U.S. Air Force and served 4 years. He was united in marriage to Donna Stachele on April 14, 1953. He was a self-employed carpenter.James is preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Catherine; wife, Donna and son, Timothy.He is survived by children, Patsy (Gary) Ludwig of Frontenac, MN, Linda (William) Meier of Beldenville, WI, Diane (James) Jennings of Ellsworth, WI, Mike (Vivian) Miller of Hager City, WI, David (Tami) Miller of Maiden Rock, WI, Brenda McKahan (Paul Roed) of Bay City, WI; sister, Rosemary (John) Jansen of Red Wing; many grandchildren and great- grandchildren.Hill Funeral Home and Cremation Services of Ellsworth are assisting the family.
