Jeannette Rosetta “Janet” Filas, age 87, of Hudson WI and formerly of Cold Spring MN, passed away on Sunday, April 10, 2011 at her daughter’s home.

A private Memorial Mass will be held for Janet at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church of Hudson. She will be interred next to her husband at Fort Snelling National Cemetery. A Mass will also be said at a later date in Cold Spring. Memorials may be designated to: Adoray Home Health and Hospice, 2231 Hwy 12, Baldwin WI 54002. Services have been entrusted to the O’Connell Family Funeral Home and Countryside Crematory, 715-386-3725.
