Jean Louise Lister

Jean Louise Lister, age 57 of Emerald, WI, ended her long battle with depression on Monday, August 23, 2010. She was born March 9, 1953 in Madison, WI to parents William and Elizabeth Ann (Herreid) Lister. Jean earned her B.S. in Nursing from Edgewood College in Madison, and most recently worked as a RN for Fairview Hospice and Home Health. Jean was truly gifted at caring for others.

Jean is survived by her spouse, T.C. Largaespada; her brother Thom (Irene Opsahl) Lister, and their children Marie, Ben, Katie, and William; her brother Jim (Wendy) Lister and their children Jake, Kendall, and Phoebe; her aunt Helen Herreid, as well as many beloved friends and animals too numerous to count.  Jean was preceded in death by her parents Bill and Liz Lister.

A gathering will be held at the O’Connell Family Funeral Home on Sunday, August 29, 2010 from 1:30 – 4:00 PM, with the celebration of her life beginning at 3:00 PM.  The funeral home is located at 1010 Newton Street, Baldwin, WI.  Services have been entrusted to the O’Connell Family Funeral Home and Countryside Crematory of Baldwin, WI.  (715) 684-3434    In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred.
