Jeffrey (Jeff) Robey, age 58 of River Falls, passed away on June 3, 2021. Jeff was born on June 16, 1962 to Donovan and Marion (Green) Robey. On May 30, 1989 he married the love of his life, Jodie Kusilek. They were blessed with two daughters and three grandsons. Jeff grew up as a dairy farmer and had a lifelong love for animals. He was a member of the Hillindale 4-H Club where he showed Guernsey cows at the local and state fairs. Jeff had a heart of gold and was always the life of every party. Jeff could always put a smile on your face whether it was a simple conversation or from a joke he had to share. He loved to travel and enjoyed many trips to warmer weather in the winter. His grandsons held a special place in his heart, and he enjoyed teaching them all his jokes and pranks. Jeff also enjoyed the outdoors and loved to hunt and fish.

Jeff was preceded in death by his parents Donovan and Marion Robey and his father and mother-in law Jack and Kathy Kusilek. Jeff is survived by his wife Jodie; daughters Miranda and Jacy (Brady); grandsons Mason, Carter and Talon; brothers Todd, Darren (Ann), Ryan (Angie); sisters Kim (Phil) Huggett, Michelle (John) Stoetzel and Stacie Robey; brother-in-law Don (Laura), John (Linda) and Joe (Julie) as well as many nieces, nephews and friends.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, June 8 at 11AM at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church in Hudson. Visitation will be held on Monday, June 7 from 3pm to 7pm with a prayer service to conclude the evening at the O’Connell Family Funeral Home of Hudson.Active casket bearers will be Matthew Stoetzel, Keith Peterson, Brady Larson, Jesse Fischer, Tanner Kusilek, Jim Kubiak, Shawn Colborn with Honorary casket bearers being Jeff’s grandchildren. Memorials preferred to the discretion of the family. Bring a copy of your favorite picture of Jeff to add to our memory board.
