Judith Louise Blinn

Judith Louise Blinn, passed away peacefully on March 3, 2025, just two days after celebrating her 84th birthday.

Judy was an avid participant in book groups. She had a passion for word games, especially Scrabble and Wordle, and enjoyed solving puzzles of many types. Judy had an enthusiastic commitment to welcoming new community members at Presbyterian Homes-Woodland Hill, where she offered her time to interview new residents and craft brief biographies to celebrate their stories. She had an appreciation for quality and excellence, and made a point to acknowledge superior service. A labor of love was a horticultural database that she had worked on for over 30 years.

Judy is survived by her children Rob (Sue) Raveling, Ann (Perry) Brohmer, Matt (Donna) Blinn, Will (Ruby) Blinn, grandchildren Andrea (Brian), Molly, Sam (Lindsay), Jessica, Tom, John (Gloria), Jordan (Doug); great-grandchildren Nolan, Cora, Charlee Rae, Mariah, Savanna, JJ, Allison, Jordan, Emma, Jack, Wren, Harrison, and Jude; brother Chuck (Suzi) Althoff; sisters Val Althoff, and Pat (Dave) Pikala, and many nieces & nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband Jerry Blinn, infant daughter Carol, granddaughter Brooke, brother Don, and sister Lorraine.

In celebration of Judy’s remarkable life, a gathering of family and friends will take place at Woodland Hill, 441 Stageline Road, Hudson, WI, on Saturday, March 8, from 12 Noon- 4 PM.

Memorial donations in Judy’s honor may be made to any charity of choice.
