Katherine Kelly

Katherine Ellen Kelly (nee Tappins), age 96, of Hudson, died on the evening of June 17, 2011 at the Christian Community Home in Hudson.

Survived by her daughter, Katherine “Kitty” Kelly of Hudson WI; son, David (Betsy) Kelly of St. Paul MN; grandsons, Charlie (Elisabeth) Kelly of Alexandria VA and George Kelly of Minneapolis MN; sister, Ruth Schonenberg of Edmonds WA; nieces, nephews, and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband Arthur “David” Kelly.

A funeral service will be held for Katherine at 1:00 PM on Monday June 27th at Episcopal Church of the Ascension in Stillwater. Burial will follow in the Willow River Cemetery in Hudson. Visitation Sunday evening, June 26th from 5:00 until 7:00 PM at the O’Connell Family Funeral Home in Hudson, 715-386-3725. In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred.
