Keith Robert MacLennan, age 58 of Hager City, passed away April 5, 2019 at his home, surrounded by his family. He was born August 14, 1960 in Minneapolis, MN, to John and Jeanne (Peterson) MacLennan. He graduated from Grand Rapids High School, the Class of 1978. Keith furthered his education attending classes with his father, and worked as an electrician for most of his lifetime. He was a hard worker, a jack of all trades, and always willing to help others out.Keith found great peace in the outdoors, and enjoyed his time fishing, hunting, canoeing, and camping. In the summer, he loved being on the water, water skiing; and downhill skiing in the winter. Keith valued his lifelong friendships, and delighted in spending time with his “Munich Festival Friends,” and having a few cold ones and shooting pool at Boatdrinks, or other local establishments.

Keith will remain in the hearts of his best friend and significant other, Marlys Cunningham, and her children and grandchildren; his father, John and wife Jodi MacLennan of Prescott, and Jodi’s daughters, Tammy and Natalie, and Jodi’s sons, Christopher (Quinn) and Jason, and their families; sisters, Lynn (John) Moe, and Kathleen (Glenn) Gazaille; brothers, David MacLennan, William (Jenna) MacLennan, and John (Lori) MacLennan; as well as many nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his maternal and paternal grandparents; mother, Jeanne; and brother, Michael MacLennan.

A Gathering of Family and Friends will take place 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM Monday, April 15, 2019, with a Memorial Service at 12:00 Noon at the O’Connell-Benedict Family Funeral Home, 1339 Orrin Rd., Prescott.
