“Kelly Judith (Gilbertson) Julson, age 48 of Ellsworth, died unexpectedly, Sunday, January 11, 2015, at the River Falls Area Hospital, River Falls, WI.
Kelly was born on April 16, 1966 in Red Wing, MN, the daughter of Ralph “Butch” and Mary Ann (Owen) Gilbertson. She was a graduate of Ellsworth High School and later received her certificate as a CNA. Kelly was a long-time employee of the Brotoloc Homes, Ellsworth. Kelly loved people and had an infectious smile.

She is survived by her three children: Brianna, Brody and Logan Julson. Parents, Butch and Mary Ann Gilbertson. Sister Lori (Mark) Bauer, and her brother Bill (Julia) Gilbertson. Grandmother, Lucille Owen. Special friend Mike Berner. She is further survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and other relatives and friends.

Preceding her in death was her daughter Brittany Jean Julson, maternal grandfather Kenneth Owen, paternal grandparents Bill and Pearl Gilbertson, and uncles Royce Melstrom and Bernard Owen.

Funeral services for Kelly will be at 1:00pm, Thursday, January 15, 2015 at the First Presbyterian Church, Ellsworth, WI. Visitation will be from 4-7pm on Wednesday at the Hill Funeral Home, Ellsworth, and for one hour prior to the funeral at the church on Thursday.
