Kenneth L. Christiansen Sr. age 92 of Prescott, WI passed away peacefully January 27, 2022, under hospice care at Comforts of Home in Hudson, WI.

Kenneth Lavern Christiansen was born May 5, 1929, to Henry and Lorraine (Anderson) Christiansen. Ken was a lifelong resident of Pierce County. He married Delores Lynner and together they had 7 children, they later divorced. He married Carol Schoknecht, she brought 3 children to the marriage, and they added 5 more children. They were married 50 years at the time of Carol’s passing in 2012.

Ken owned and operated his own auto repair business for many years outside of Prescott on State Road 35. After retiring from the business, he continued his love for cars by working on his own and others who knew him well to the age of 88.

Ken is survived by one sister Marian Brookshaw, his children Carol Jean, Reggie, Roger, Sharon, Mike, Tina, Terry, Kelly, Steve, and his stepchildren Cindy and Ken. He has several grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.

A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, February 5, 2022, at 3:00 PM at O’Connell’s Funeral Home in Ellsworth, Wisconsin with visitation 2 hours before the service beginning at 1:00 PM.

Memorial and cremations services have been entrusted to the O’Connell Family Funeral Home of Prescott.
