Krissa Coleman

Krissa Coleman, age 51 of Roberts, WI passed away unexpectedly on December 8, 2021 surrounded by family. Krissa was born on February 18, 1970 in Story City, Iowa to parents Roger and Donna (Eide) Reisetter. She graduated from Radcliffe High School and continued her education at University of Northwestern where she met her husband Brett. The last position Krissa held before her early retirement was Director at Hazel Mackin Community Library in Roberts, WI.

Krissa will be remembered for her involvement in the community and for her spirit and smile that would light up the room. She worked diligently to make everyone feel welcomed, loved and inspired to seek Jesus.  She supported her community by shopping locally, volunteering and advocating for freedom and local government. She loved to host parties and be around her family and friends, whether that be with her church group, playing pickleball, or enjoying a cup of coffee or cocktail with her girlfriends. Many will remember her impeccable eye for fashion, interior design or finding a delicious recipe. So many things brought her enjoyment in life but nothing brought her more joy than being a wife, mom and supporting others.

She will remain in the hearts of her loving husband of 28 years Brett; daughter Kalena (Caleb) Davis, son Blake; father Roger Reisetter; sister Lana Rogers; brother Troy Reisetter; father and mother-in-laws Rueben and Darlene Coleman; brothers and sisters-in-laws David Coleman, Carolyn (Eric) Lent and Tracy (Tim) Lindstrom; and many nieces, nephews, and friends. She is preceded in death by her mother Donna Reisetter.

A memorial service to celebrate Krissa’s life will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday December 18th at Faith Community Church in Hudson, WI. A visitation will be held from 5:00-7:00 p.m. on Friday, December 17th at the O’Connell Family Funeral Home in Hudson, WI and one hour prior to the service, at the church on Saturday. The memorial service will be livestreamed through the Faith Community Church website. Memorials are preferred to the Coleman family.
