Laurence A. Langer, 81 of Whitehall, WI, formerly of River Falls, died Monday, May 30, 2016 at the Trempealeau County Health Care Center, Whitehall, WI.
Laurence was born on August 23, 1934 in the Town of El Paso, Pierce County, WI the son of Arthur and Genevieve (Schober) Langer. He served his country in the U.S. Army until his honorable discharge.
Larry worked for many years for the Whirlpool Corporation and later for the White Bear Lake School District, White Bear Lake, MN.
He was a member of St. Bridget Catholic Church, River Falls, WI.
He is survived by his siblings: William (Rita) Langer, Phyllis Coleman and Viola Janisch
and sister-in-law Judy (Bob) Langer Northrup.
Larry is further survived by many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, brother Calvin, sister Bernadine Alden, brothers-in-law Tom Alden, Alfred Janisch and Jim Coleman.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30am, Saturday, June 4, 2016 at St. Bridget Catholic Church, River Falls, WI. Burial will be in the Lost Creek Cemetery, El Paso Twp, Pierce County, WI.
Visitation will be for one hour prior to the Mass on Saturday.
