Linda June Hall

Linda June Hall age 73 of Roberts, WI passed away April 4, 2025 after an extended battle with COPD.

She was born in Frederic, WI June 1, 1951 to Roy and Carol Duncan. Linda graduated from the Ellsworth High School in 1970.

One day while roller skating in River Falls, she met Glenn Hall. They were united in marriage on September 2, 1972 at the Roberts United Church of Christ and made their home in Roberts.

Linda was a Volunteer EMT for the Roberts-Warren Fire Department for 45 years. She served as the Secretary Treasurer for the RWFD for years, and coordinated the Fire Prevention program at the St. Croix Central Elementary School.

For a long- time she ran a home daycare. She enjoyed bowling, ceramics, cross stitching, stamping for decorative greeting cards, doing jig saw puzzles; and spoiling her kids and grandkids.

Preceded in death by her father Roy Duncan; step-father Leon “Bud” Hofland; brothers Gary and Roger Duncan; grandmother Louise Hackett; and father and mother-in-law Leveritt and Lois Hall.

She will be dearly missed by her husband of 53 years Glenn; three children Cheryl (David) Lindquist, Jeffrey, and Amy (James) Skaggs; grandchildren Ceola, Anna, Brita, Aiden, and Audrey; her mother Carol Hofland; many nieces, nephews, and a gaggle of Daycare kids.

Visitation Wednesday, April 9th 4 PM to 8 PM at Roberts United Church of Christ 1001 Birch Drive, Roberts, WI. Funeral Service 2 PM Thursday, April 10th at the church with visitation one hour prior to the service.

Interment Warren Cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to O’Connell Family Funeral Home, Baldwin. Memorials preferred.
