Margaret Faith Anderson

Margaret Faith (Langager) Anderson, 59, returned to her heavenly home on July 7, 2015 after her battle with cancer. Her devotion to her family and her firm belief in God supported her in the end and gave her, her ultimate peace.

Margaret was born to the late Rev. Eldor and Nettie(Hrichena)Langager, in Lincoln, NE on May 15, 1956. She was immersed in the Christian community that would be her lifelong support from an early age. She moved around for many years with her family from Nebraska, Michigan, Minnesota and finally to Ellsworth, WI where she graduated from high school in 1974.

Margaret was blessed with a large and loving family. She married her best friend, Dean S. Anderson on November 15, 1975 at Zion Convent Church in Ellsworth, WI. They raised their three boys with patience, discipline and humility. From the very beginning, she dedicated her children to God and encouraged them to explore the beauty of the gospels. Margaret was a mother, grandmother and wonderful friend to all. She loved to play the piano whether it was for church, a wedding, funerals or just to teach others over the years the joy of learning to play. She also enjoyed cooking, reading, writing, make greeting cards and scrap-booking in her free time, traveling and camping with Dean and many of their friends.

She was the Awana director for 17 years at Zion, was Zion’s church musician for over 35 years and spent the last 10 years working with the Ellsworth school district. She was also an active member of the Bay City American Legion Auxiliary. She is dearly missed by her loved ones who are celebrating the fact that she is at peace with her creator now.

Margaret is survived by her husband, Dean, their sons Benjamin (Amanda), Curtis (Marcia) and Timothy, their grandchildren Connor Anderson, Weston, Amalia and Malory Anderson.

She also survived by her brothers Stephen(Sherill)Langager and Rev. Nathan(Karen) Langager, her father-in-law Kenneth Anderson and her brother-in-laws Gerald Anderson, Dale(Judy)Anderson and Jim(Cindy)Anderson; along with many loving nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents Rev. Eldor & Nettie Langager, mother-in-law Victoria Anderson, brother-in-law Jeffrey Anderson and sister-in-law Nancy Anderson.
