Marilynn Elizabeth (Becker) Anderson, age 84, of Baldwin, Wisconsin, passed away peacefully on November 24, 2023, at Baldwin Care Center in Baldwin, Wisconsin.

Marilynn was born on August 27, 1939, to parent’s Ralph and Dorothy (Weiss) Becker in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

After graduating from Woodville High School, Marilynn was united in marriage to Richard “Rich” Anderson on July 3, 1959 at the Little Brown Church in Nashua, Iowa.  Together they were blessed with two children, Mary Beth and Richard “Rick”.

Once they had their two children, Marilynn took joy in staying home to raise them.  Early in their marriage, Rich and Marilynn enjoyed horse carriage rides together.  Marilynn was an immaculate housekeeper and took pride in her family.  Her greatest joy was spending time with her family.  She also enjoyed spending time and going out for coffee with her friends.  For 50 years she gathered monthly with a group of her girlfriends at Card Club to play her favorite card game…500.  Marilynn had a fantastic memory.  With a large family and many good friends, she would never forget a birthday or anniversary.  She was always really good at recalling dates of past events and liked being the family’s personal historian.  Marilynn enjoyed cooking and baking as well, Christmas cookies and pies being her specialty.  She was also known to keep her famous apple pies in the freezer to enjoy all winter long.  Marilynn was also an antique collector and had many collections which she lovingly displayed.  Christmas decorations, beautiful China, antique glassware and Jan Hagara dolls were her favorite things to collect.  She loved to assemble puzzles.

Marilynn is survived by her loving husband Rich Anderson; son Rick (girlfriend, Madison) Anderson; grandchildren Lukas and Maia Beth; brother Bob Becker; brother and sisters in-law Ron and Jan Anderson, Dave and Glenda Anderson, Bill and Gerilen Anderson, Linda and Jerry McDougal, Carol and Brad Hopp; many nieces and nephews and dear friends.

She was preceded in death by her daughter Mary Beth Lundstrom; parents Ralph and Dorothy Becker; in-laws Les and Winnie Anderson; brother Rollie (Jean) Becker; sister in-law Laurie Anderson and nephew Jason (Amy) Anderson.

A Visitation for Marilynn will be held from 9:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. on Friday, December 8, 2023 at Zion Lutheran Church, 221 Lockwood St. Woodville, WI 54028.  A Memorial Service will begin at 11:00 a.m.

Funeral services entrusted to O’Connell Family Funeral Home of Baldwin.
