Mary Feia

Mary Ethel Feia (nee Parranto) passed away peacefully at home in Hudson, WI, on March 27, 2025, at the age of 89.

Born on August 19, 1935, in St. Paul, MN, Mary was a proud Irish Catholic.

Mary had a passion for gardening, reading, and spending time with friends at the Phipps Center for the Arts. A member of the Red Hat Society, she embraced her social graces and used them to celebrate life’s joys. Whether she was tending to her garden or sharing a laugh over a cup of coffee, Mary embodied the importance of taking care of others and always striving to do the right thing.

Mary cherished her family and took immense pride & joy in her children and welcomed them all in her home, preferably at the same time: Joe (Jessica), Lon (Brigitte), Cherie (Yorman) Williams, Merle (Carmen), Suzanne (Terry) Condon, and Dan (Lori); daughter-in-law Star; grandchildren Nicolas, Benjamin, Alex, Emma, Michael, Aria, Kia, Lonny, Michelle, Shannon, Yorman Jr., Katia, Tara, Katy, J.C., Pilar, Jenny, Carlos, Tim, Rebecca, & Matthew; many great-grandchildren & great-great-grandchildren; sister Kay Parenteau.
She was preceded in death by her parents Leonard & Frances; brother Bill; husband Merle, and son John.

Visitation 4-7 PM Friday April 4 at O’Connell Funeral Home, 501 S. 11th St. Hudson. Visitation 1-2 PM with 2 PM Mass of Christian Burial Saturday April 5 at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church, 1500 Vine St. Hudson, Burial Fort Snelling National Cemetery.
