Mary Frederick

Mary E. Frederick, age 85, of Roberts, WI, passed away peacefully on November 21, 2023, at Hammond Health.

Mary was born on May 4, 1938, to Grant and Effie Bishop in Baldwin, WI. She graduated from Hammond High School in 1956. She was raised on the family farm where the golf course is today.

On February 14, 1957, she was united in marriage to Wesley Frederick at the First Reformed Church in Baldwin, WI. Their marriage would be blessed with four children: Kriese, Mike, Tom, and Jerry. She was a true farmer’s wife.

She loved to cook, crochet and sew.  She made many wedding dresses and doll clothes over the years. Mary also enjoyed going to church.

Mary is survived by her son-in-law, Mike Shaver; children: Mike (Sherryl) Frederick, Tom (Misty) Frederick, Jerry (Arissa) Frederick; grandchildren: Scott (Abby) Shaver, Steve (Amy) Shaver, Mark (Tzu-han) Shaver,  John (Tyanna) Frederick, Jason Frederick, Robert (Heather) Henson, Jordan Frederick, Cody Frederick; great-grandchildren: Shawn, Owen, Logan, Landen, Ann, Teddy, Ruby, Dylan, Drew, Drake, Benny, Lilly; Sisters-in-law; Virginia Frederick, Roene Frederick, Laura Bishop; and many other family members and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, Wesley; daughter, Kriese Shaver; parents, Grant and Effie; brother, Glen Bishop.

A visitation for Mary will be held from 2-3 p.m. Friday, December 1, 2023, with a memorial service starting at 3 p.m. at the O’Connell Family Funeral Home, 1010 Newton Ave., Baldwin, WI, 715-684-3434,3434.
