George and family, you do not know me, but I am Kathy Glaus Sawczynec’s sister and knew Mary well. I am shocked to hear of her passing. You are in my thoughts and prayers.
Mary was a coworker and friend of my aunt Loretta Sieben and myself. She went to supper and bingo at the Eagles every Thursday night in Hastings, until Loretta recently passed. Mary and I continued Eagles bingo for another year after, and also attended matinee bingo at treasure island from that point on. She talked highly of her brother , her two nephews , and her niece and goddaughter Annika who recently got married. I will miss her as I am sure you all will. We will all miss you Mary!
Please accept my condolences for your loss. Mary also made time for dinner at Culvers in Hastings whenever the Lions had a fundraiser there. She will be missed.
