Michael Warner

Michael Allen Warner, age 65 of Glenwood City WI, died on Friday, April 7, 2017 at the Mayo Hospital – Luther Campus in Eau Claire WI. Michael was born on August 29, 1951 in Glenwood Township. He grew up on the family farm, attended schools in Glenwood City, and graduated from Glenwood City High School with the Class of 1969. Michael would be united in marriage to Sherry Link. Though their union in marriage would later dissolve, they would be blessed with three children. Michael would later re-marry to Cindy L. Rassbach.

Michael worked many jobs over the years to provide for his family. He worked on the farm, in factories, and drove over-the-road truck, but Michael and his love of people, and for wheeling and dealing, lead him into sales. He would own and operate ‘Boats That Float’ for twenty years. His witty sense of humor was appreciated by those who knew him best. Michael also had a lifelong love for animals, caring for many special pets over the years. Outside of work, Michael enjoyed traveling with Cindy to many of the states. Michael also enjoyed time spent with family, getting out on the 4-wheeler, camping, boating, and going to his lakeshore property.

Michael is survived by his loving wife Cindy; his children, Chad (Stephany) Warner, Justin Warner, and Samantha (Clint) Hetchler; grandchildren, Sky, Hunter, Grant, Allie, Porter, and Dezaray; mother, Donna Warner; siblings, Don (Connie) Warner, Debbie (Gary) Stevens, Nancy (George) Stutter, and Penny Warner; special dog, Precious; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
