Mitchell L. Croes, age 54 of Comstock, Wisconsin passed away on April 8, 2021 at Sacred Heart Hospital in Eau Claire. Mitchell was born to Donald and Arlene Croes in River Falls, Wisconsin, where he grew up and graduated from River Falls High School in 1985. He continued his education at the University of Wisconsin – River Falls before earning a Bachelors Degree in Psychology from Mankato State University. Through life’s up and downs, Mitchell’s greatest joy was brought by his son, Vincent. Mitchell worked as an over the road truck driver, and later as a snow plow driver for the State of Minnesota. He enjoyed hunting and fishing, and loved dogs.

Mitchell will remain in the hearts of his son, Vincent; mother, Arlene; brothers, Jerry (Kathy), Kenneth, and Randall; nephews, Nathan (Johanna), Aaron (Beth), Jacob, Jeremy, and Joshua; grand-nieces and nephew, Nora, Eva, Sylvia, Kensington, Rebekah, and Harrison; many other relatives and friends; and his beloved dog, Duke. He was preceded in death by his father, Donald; sister, Cherie; maternal and paternal grandparents; grand-niece Alana Marie; best friend, Paul; and his beloved dogs, Athena, Cesar, Brutus, and Jake.

A private Mass of Christian Burial will be held for Mitchell’s family. The mass will be live-streamed for the public at 1:30 p.m. on Sunday, April 18, 2021 on the St. Bridget YouTube channel, https://www.youtube.com/saintbridget. Interment at St. Bridget’s Cemetery in River Falls.
