Pamela C. Lesher – nee Anderson – of Hudson, WI
April 7, 1950 – January 24, 2012
Passed away unexpectedly at her home. Pamela was born in St. Paul to parents Dr. Myron G. and Catherine A (Gourley) Anderson, also of Hudson. Pam graduated from Hudson High School in 1968 and Hamline University in 1972, with a degree in Speech/Theatre. Preceded in death by her parents; “double cousin” Susan Grinsteinner, and pets Bouzy, Chase and Uck. Survived by her husband of 41 years Richard W. Lesher; her sister Tamara Westover of Afton; her aunt Jeanette Anderson of Farmington MN; her “double counsin” Curt Anderson of Tyler MN; several nieces and nephews; and many good friends.
Through most of her life, Pamela pursued her passion of theater, volunteering at the Phipps Center for the Arts. She served on the Phipps board of directors, and as drama council coordinator. She performed with the Andahazy Ballet Company. Outside of theater, she enjoyed training her dogs in obedience and tracking. Pamela will be missed by her family and friends.
A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 pm on Saturday, January 28, at the Hudson United Methodist Church, 1401 Laurel Ave. Visitation will be held prior to services at the church, starting at 12:30 pm.
