Patricia J. Turner (nee: Packer), age 63, of Hudson, WI, passed away on July 19, 2013.

Pat was born on September 18, 1949 to Loel M. “Jeff” and Violet E. (Johnson) Packer in Minneapolis, MN. She graduated from South High School in Minneapolis. She worked at Crooked Lake Elementary School in Andover, MN as a secretary. 

On February 1, 1974, she was united in marriage to Thomas Turner, a marriage that would be blessed with one child: Joanna. 

Pat loved to read and loved interacting with children. She also enjoyed planting flowers and watching the wildlife in her backyard. 

She is survived by her husband, Tom Turner; daughter, Joanna Turner; sister, Donna Amoroso; niece, Stefanie Amoroso Larson and family; and sister-in-law, Donna Myklebust.

She is preceded in death by her parents.

A Celebration of Pat’s Life will take place at 11a.m. on Thursday, July 25, 2013 at the O’Connell Family Funeral Home, 520 S. 11th St., Hudson, WI with a visitation one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Memorials are preferred to Sharing and Caring Hands.
