Paula “Penny” Mae Randall

Paula “Penny” Mae Randall, age 80, of River Falls, Wisconsin, passed away on November 2, 2023, at Comforts of Home in River Falls, Wisconsin.

Penny was born on September 25, 1943, to parent’s Ernest Randall and Mavis Johnson in Stillwater, Minnesota.

Penny was raised in the Hudson area.  After graduating from Hudson High School, she served in a variety of roles, including writing a Hudson residents’ activity column for the Hudson Star Observer and later working for JR Ranch of Hudson.  She enjoyed listening to country western and rock music in her spare time.

Penny is survived by her siblings Ronald “Rick” Siegel and Gina Nilsen.

She was preceded in death by her mother Mavis Siegel; sister Cindy Siegel; and brother-in-law Jon Nilsen.

A Funeral Service for Penny will be held at O’Connell Family Funeral Home, 520 11 ^th Street S. Hudson, WI 54016 on Thursday, November 16th, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. There will be a visitation taking place from 1:30-2:00pm prior to service.
