Pauline Holle

Pauline Mae Holle age 87 of Baldwin died Saturday April 29, 2017 at the Baldwin Care Center. Pauline was born on March 12, 1930 in Baldwin; the daughter of Joseph and Mabel (Lund) VanSomeren. She was raised in Baldwin where she graduated from high school. On June 30, 1950, she was united in marriage to Dale Eugene Holle. To this union children Vickie, Doug, Tim, and Nancy were blessed. Pauline worked thirty years as a certified nursing assistant for the Parkview Nursing Home in Woodville.

Pauline was a fun loving little lady who cherished her family. She enjoyed bowling with her gal friends in their league, playing a competitive game of cards, dancing to fun music, and keeping her flowers gardens blooming. Her greatest passion was being surrounded by family. Coffee was always on, chocolate chip cookies for the grandkids, and if you were lucky, a good bowl of buttery popcorn would be waiting for you.

Pauline is survived by her children, Vickie (Rev. Randy) Richter of Green Bay, Doug (Mary) Holle of Baldwin, Tim Holle of Tucson, AZ, and Nancy (Jeff) Hellendrung of Baldwin; grandchildren: Nathanael, Bethany (Jason), Rachel, Lindsey (Craig), Bailey (Andy), Paige (Steven), Brody, Rylee; great grandchildren: Elsie, Jett, Braelyn, Nash, Cale, Rowan; siblings: Ruthie TeGrootenhuis, Kenny (Lois) VanSomeren, Shirley (Ron) Stone, Mary (Gene) Bonnes, Nancy Roach, and Ron (Alta) VanSomeren, sisters-in-law: Winnie VanSomeren, Doris (George) Birkett, Eleanor Holle, and Natalie Holle; brother-in-law, Bud (Wanda) Holle; and a host of nieces and nephews.

Pauline is preceded in death by her husband, Dale; stillborn granddaughter, Rebekah Richter; siblings, Lloyd (Shirley), Joseph ‘Junior’, and three infant siblings Robert, Lyle, and Leslie.

A Memorial service for Pauline will be 12pm Noon Wednesday May 3rd at First United Presbyterian Church in Baldwin. Visitation will be two hours prior to the service from 10AM to 12PM at church. Interment will be in the Baldwin Cemetery.
