Ralph D Peterson, age 70, of Bunkerville NV, formerly of Baldwin WI, died Saturday, April 8, 2017. Ralph was born on September 1, 1946, in Baldwin WI to Marvin and Margaret (Larson) Peterson.

Ralph graduated from Baldwin-Woodville High School where he played football. He soon met his soulmate and married Luella Ramberg. While in Baldwin he was a volunteer for both the fire department and ambulance service. In 1976 they moved to Colorado where he was an auto mechanic and in 2001 they moved to Mesquite, NV where he was a security guard. He enjoyed playing softball, hunting and fishing, trap shooting, watching NASCAR and raced cars himself, and he could fix anything. He enjoyed watching the Green Bay Packers.

He is survived by his three children Stacey Schnackenberg and husband, Jay; Jody Weiss, and Terry Weiss and wife Susie; three grandchildren, Tanner and Tyler Weiss and Shawn Peterson; three great-grandchildren, Ava Weiss, Riley and Madelynn Peterson; his companion in life, Melissa Pulsipher of Bunkerville, NV; two sisters, Margery Bazille and husband Gerry, and Patricia (Roger) Berg and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. He is preceded in death by his wife Luella Peterson and his parents, Marvin and Margaret Peterson.

Services will be held on Saturday, April 22, 2017 at O’Connell Funeral Home in Baldwin, WI. Visitation will be from 10-11am, and the service will begin at 11am. Burial will be at Woodside Cemetery. Relatives and friends are welcome at the service, burial, and the reception immediately following.

He will be missed by many.
